GLOBAL HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK DAY in Oakland

JOIN US AND OTHERS AROUND THE GLOBE IN ONE CONTINUOUS BREATH! 

Global Holotropic Breathwork Day is celebrated around the world on the second saturday of April to offer a larger, international group experience to all participants.  It enables us to connect in a significant way individually and collectively.

During the past 2 years on Global Holotropic Day, hundreds of breathers gathered in over 30    countries. Come breathe for yourself and our beloved planet on April 13th!


STAN GROF's basic concept is that the wisdom of our "Inner healer" will direct us and bring to our consciousness what is best and most    healing for us at any given moment. Holotropic Breathwork is a highly experiential work recommended for those interested in their personal and spiritual growth through deep inner exploration. 
This workshop consists of Holotropic Breathwork sessions, focused bodywork, mandala drawing as well as group sharing.
   


  WORKSHOP DETAILS
 
   Note that the only way to secure your space in any workshop is to complete the registration process that include  several steps.
  - A personal phone conversation with Sonia Telle if it is the first time that you attend a workshop with her 
  - to fill out the registration forms and send them
  - to complete full payment for the workshop unless otherwise specified with her.

    Location: In Oakland near Lake Merritt. More info will be given upon registration

    In order to benefit from the lower rate, we encourage you to register before the Early registation date ends.
    Super Early registration: by February 28th $150
    Early registration: before March 30th $175 
    Late registration: after March 30th  $195
